Wayne Hoover recently finished a 40year career with Chick-fil-A, where he had the opportunity to lead, support, and coach individuals and teams towards growth personally and professionally.His journey with Chick-fil-A started as a team member in high school and ended as Vice President of Field Operations Talent with responsibilities forFranchisee Selection and the Leadership Development Program. In addition to family and church service, Wayne is a board member of Global LeadershipInternational-a leadership training organization and a National Board Member for ESP – an organization that creates transformative experiences for people with disabilities and their families, changing communities for the better.
