Wayne enjoyed a 40 year career with Chick-fil-A; his journey included time as a Franchisee/Restaurant Operator, Internal Business Consultant, Regional Director of Field Operations, and Vice President of Field Operations Talent. As an Operator, he experienced the everyday life of leading a team, serving great food,  providing remarkable hospitality, and growing sales and profits in a restaurant environment. As a Business Consultant, time was spent in one-on-one coaching and advising time with Franchisees. The role of Regional Director included responsibilities for leading a multi-disciplined support team focused on the growth and development of the brand in specific geographical areas. The Vice President role included responsibilities for Franchisee Selection and the Leadership Development Program as well as fiduciary responsibilities as an officer in the company. Highlights of Wayne's career include over 150 Franchisee selections, hiring over 75 staff members to various roles in the Chick-fil-A support center, and leading teams in the growth and expansion of Chick-fil-A in the Western US to over $1 billion in sales. Wayne's passion lies in opportunities to lead, support, and coach individuals and teams towards growth personally and professionally.
